Scaffolding Advocacy and Inclusive Leadership, Inc. (SAIL), uses education and connection to create inclusive communities with a specific focus on marginalized gender identities and sexualities.
For any donation to SAIL, we will give you a link to a virtual 2024 Queer calendar in Google, Apple or a PDF. The Queer Calendar has important dates throughout 2024 of Queer Connected Holidays and special days, birthdates of famous queer people, date releases of iconic queer shows and banned books, and important queer dates in history. There are not more than 2 days in a row without an entry.
The link to the calendar will be sent to an email of your choosing within 2 days of your donation. You can delay the sending of the calendar, so you can give them as holiday gifts.

SAIL is the parent organization of AMPLIFY. We help schools and organizations with:
Workshops and trainings in awareness and understanding of gender and sexually marginalized populations, specifically geared to their setting.
Workshops and trainings in implicit and social bias, specifically catered to their setting.
Supporting the creation of advocacy projects for creating inclusivity.
Presentations about healthy relationships and consent for middle and high school-aged youth.
Presentations about advocacy and leadership skills for middle and high school-aged youth.

AMPLIFY is a youth-led group for LGBTQ+ and allied youth ages 11-22. Here, youth:
Work to empower gender and sexually marginalized youth to implement leadership and advocacy skills in their communities to make them inclusive and welcoming for all.
Can meet with fellow students to create self-driven projects.
Learn new leadership/communication skills.
Adults can support SAIL and AMPLIFY in a plethora of ways, from directly working with youth as an Adult Advisor to becoming a Scaffolding Trainer, as well as other volunteer opportunities.
